Hi! My name is Ella, I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and I am currently in my final year of studying Sports Therapy at Bournemouth University.

Growing up, I was heavily involved in gymnastics and participated in a variety of other sports, which sparked my early interest in musculoskeletal injuries and injury prevention. Having witnessed and personally experienced the physical demands and injuries that occur, I developed a strong interest in recovery and rehabilitation.

My goal as a sports masseuse is to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve performance for every client through personalised, hands-on treatment sessions.
